Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or usually delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during peak seasonal times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

International Shipping Policy

International bound orders are processed within 1-3 business days, if more time if required we will contact you with the information provided at checkout. Orders are not shipped on weekends or US holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for customs clearances and handoff of package from multiple international shipping companies. Delivery during peak seasonal times in the United States and other places throughout the world can impact global transit times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order from our end, we will contact you.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping options and pricing for your order will be displayed during checkout.

When selecting the Saturday Overnight Delivery, your package will be expedited and delivered on Saturday pending if your order passes our third party fraud prevention screening before the pickup deadline for Saturday Delivery to be guaranteed.

When selecting our regular Overnight Delivery option your order will be mailed the next available business day after it passes our third party fraud prevention screening.

Bullseye SB ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses and internationally.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 (business) hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Bullseye Sneaker Boutiqueis not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Bullseye Sneaker Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim to receive reimbursement.

Please take photos of any packaging damages as soon as possible after delivery, be sure to take these photos *before* opening the package yourself as this will assist you in successfully filing a claim with the shipping provider. 

For Orders Placed During the Following Period: 12/6/23-1/28/24 

ShipInsure was the package protection provider for Bullseye Sneaker Boutique. When you add ShipInsure to your order, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, the ShipInsure team will review it, and they will get back to you within 24 hours. If you have purchased ShipInsure Protection you will receive a confirmation email from them. You can proceed to file a claim here.

Shipping Insurance 

Bullseye Sneaker Boutique offers shipping insurance at an additional cost at checkout. For shipments without purchased insurance, the customer assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. If Shipping Insurance is purchased, the insurance will cover the entire value of your order up to $5000.

Claim Process for Insured Shipments:

In the event of loss, theft, or damage, customers with insurance may file a claim directly with Bullseye Sneaker Boutique. Please send an email to help@bullseyesb.com to begin your claim process.

Process for Uninsured Shipments:

Customers who opt not to purchase shipping insurance acknowledge and accept full liability for the condition and delivery of their package. In the event of loss, theft, or damage to uninsured shipments, the following process with UPS will be initiated:

  1. File a claim with UPS using the provided tracking number.
  2. Within 2-4 weeks of claim submission, UPS will send a form to Bullseye.
  3. Bullseye will complete and submit this form to UPS with the necessary information.
  4. UPS will issue a check within 1-3 weeks, covering the standard insurance value up to $200.
  5. Bullseye will then refund the customer an amount equal to the reimbursement received from UPS within three business days of receiving the check.

Note:

  • UPS's standard package insurance covers up to $200. Under no circumstances will additional compensation be provided for lost or stolen packages unless additional package insurance was purchased at checkout.
  • Once an order has been shipped by Bullseye, shipping insurance cannot be purchased. It is crucial to decide on purchasing insurance prior to the shipment of your order.
